Like in the Real World, BA Workshop- Warm Up, Cardio Routine (but a bit longer-we all need that now), Cool Down 1, a 3 - 5 minutes Calisthenics (Full Body Muscle Toning) and Final Cool Down (Stretching).

On Zoom, which is free and an easy-to-download App. Once you sign up with us, we will send you the link with simple instructions.
Yes. However the minimum requirement from your end is WiFi of at least 4 MBPS (both incoming & out-going), and that you remain as close to your Router as possible.
Even if using a Smart Phone, Audio & Video will be good- if you connect your device to a small external speaker however, your experience will be much better.
1 Hour.
You can join 1/ 2/ 3 up to 6 days a week.
You can make up only 1 out of 4 sessions. Make up can be taken during your 1 month term only.

Some Useful Info About Body Art Workshop Online Cardio Group Classes.
- Being Cross Training, you will have different Cardio routines being conducted in rotation to ensure constant, continuous result.
- Weights may be substituted with bottles of water.
- There is no additional Enrolment charge for Online Cardio Group Workshop Classes.
- All Taxes are included.
- Commencement Date once fixed cannot be changed for any reason whatsoever.
- Please inform your Instructor at the outset if you have any Medical History or special needs they should be aware of. It will help them to modify the routine to suit you.
- For Scheduling / or rescheduling of your term of for a make-up class, WhatsApp / SMS:

Sonal - +91 82 917 83635 - Your classes may be rescheduled by you (make up) if you so choose at an alternate day and time as long as it is within your term. Make ups may not once again be made up or rescheduled.
- Charges are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Terms will not be frozen or extended under any circumstances. In extenuating circumstances you may contact the management.
- To renew your Online Body Art Cardio Group Class Membership with us, please pay your fees 10 days prior to the expiry date of your Term. Upon failure to do so, we may not be in a position to hold your place for you. All fees must be paid in advance of the date from which membership is to be effective.
- We will not be working on certain Public Holidays during the Calendar year. Any classes/sessions missed as a result of the same will not be made up or rescheduled. The number of workouts due to you are calculated excluding any such holidays. Check out www.bodyart.in to know which these Holidays are.
